工作坊以舒緩繃緊為前題,教授自我按摩手法。透過自我按摩,我們可以更深入地感受身體及其反應,從而加深對自己的了解。我們亦會一起進行呼吸練習,跟隨海浪的節奏,幫助減壓,進入深度放鬆狀態,令身心雙重療癒。

The workshop aims at soothing our mind and releasing the tension in our body. We will learn self-massage techniques and practice mindfulness breathing together. Self-massage allows us to take a moment to go inward and re-connect with ourselves. Together with breathing exercise, we will create a harmonious atmosphere for us to fall into nourishment. Giving our tension up and dive into deep body and mind calmness.

🧘‍♀️15mins⁠靜心練習;將以海浪的韻律為節奏,進行深層次的呼吸,過程如同海浪的沖刷,帶走沙灘上的碎片,沉澱自己、讓心變得更加清澈平靜。

Let our breathes sync deeply with the rhythm of ocean waves. Let every inhalation and exhalation clear our mind, like the waves wash away the debris on the shore, fostering clarity and tranquility.

🧴調配乳霜+按摩油;由選香到調配,製作接近體香的身體乳霜及專屬天然配方的按摩油,紓壓同時保健,隨時隨地自我放鬆。

We will select our favorite scent and create our own body cream and massage oil. The process from scent selection to the blending allows us to relieve stress. We will also be able to carry the take-away customized products with us anytime, anywhere.

🤲教授專業按摩手法;重點講解按摩的施力技巧和安全的手法,專業按摩手法可快速舒緩經常受壓及容易受傷的部位。

Our expertise will emphasize on the safety and effectiveness of massage techniques, ensuring our massage techniques are able to efficiently target areas that are prone to be tensed and get injured.

The natural aromas we are going to use directly influence the brain's limbic system and significantly reduce cortisol levels, which also allows us a sense of well-being by promoting emotional balance.
