Indoor use: Test the outlet you intend to use with your Outlet Checker. If the outlet tests correct, you can connect the Earthing Double Sided Yoga Mat to the outlet using the included magnetic Earthing Cord.
Outdoor use: Simply lay the Earthing Double Sided Yoga Mat on any conductive surface, and you are ready to exercise while grounded!
MATERIALS:
Top & Bottom Layers: Made from our proprietary carbon-based grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober's research and development. Its conductive hydrophilic top layer absorbs sweat and creates a smooth surface that feels nice to the touch. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth's electrons.
Core Layer: Natural rubber, creating a dense, comfortable cushion.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Do:
• Wipe down the Yoga Mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
• Air dry before rolling the Yoga Mat back up.
Do Not:
• Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Yoga Mat.
• Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Yoga Mat as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time."
