What do you consider a Pulsation of life? 對你來說,什麼是生命的脈搏?

The pulsation of life is every breath we take and the myelination of our brain cells, that nurture the growing and glowing of the heart. This little to unnoticeable process to the many might be just mundane, but they are the little steps that constitute to what we call LIFE.

生命的脈搏是我們每次的呼吸和腦細胞的髓鞘形成。有它們滋養著,心便能夠成長發光。這個對許多人來說微不足道的過程可能很日常,但它們是構成我們所謂生命的小步驟。


If everyday ritual is the heartbeat of life, what is the daily ritual or practice you do? What wellbeing practice has been the most helpful to you? 如果要為生活脈搏添一點儀式感,你每天也會做而且感受最顯著的身心靈儀式是什麼呢?

I begin every morning as soon as I open my eyes by regaining consciousness back with my body, so to have my spirit in sync with the body. Taking conscious breaths allow me to feel how each part of the body is feeling. In Latin, the word “spirat” means exactly “to breathe” — hence our breath is our spirit. I’d also allow myself to stretch out the spine on the bed, and roll down the bed on the side to make sure my muscles are ready. A warm glass of water is never missed out from my routine after I wake up, which really helps me with protecting my guts. I also enjoy dancing, Gyrotonics and yoga, taking classes on a regular basis. They are the means for myself to always be reminded of my inner presence, while I am being able to assert enough of trainings to physical body.

每天早上一睜開眼睛,我就開始讓身體恢復自我意識,讓我的精神與身體同步。 有意識地呼吸讓我感覺到身體各部位的感受。 在拉丁語中,「spirat」一詞的確切意思是「呼吸」——因此我們的呼吸就是我們的神(spirit)。 我還會讓自己在床上伸展脊柱,然後從側面滾下床,以確保我的肌肉準備好。 日常生活中,我起床後從來都不會錯過一杯溫水,這確實有助於保護我的腸道。 我還喜歡跳舞、嬋柔和瑜伽,並定期上課。 這些都是我提醒自己內在存在的方法,同時能夠訓練身體。


How do you align the rhythm of nature with your life?你如何把生活與自然的節奏調頻校準?

Having enough of rest would sharpen one’s sensitivity towards the rhythm of nature. In the end of the day, it isn’t that difficult to feel the little changes around us that are outside of the human world. The world always quiets down before a storm, when the wind avails itself to stir up the air. Sometimes when I am too drained, I’d just take a nap regardless. The moment I wake up, I’d usually open the windows to have a taste of the air around me— that gives me an idea what the day it’s going to be like.

充足的休息會增強人對自然節奏的敏感度。 歸根究底,要感受周遭人類世界之外的微小變化並不是那麼困難。 暴風雨來臨前,當風開始吹動空氣時,世界總是安靜的。 有時候,當我太累的時候,我就會不管不顧地小睡一會兒。 當我醒來的那一刻,我通常會打開窗戶呼吸周圍的空氣——這讓我知道這一天會是什麼樣子。


What’s your favourite feeling? 形容一下你最喜愛的感覺?

The feeling of softness and cuddled, just like when I cuddle with my cat every morning and being able to smell him. It’s even better when the morning sun peeps through and you know there’s a good day outside expecting you.

My work encompasses quite a wide scope— my Earthly being has been trained with many aspects in art, from visual arts, writing, to dancing and music. My Ethereal work though, has been striving to integrate the Earthly aspect with the “unseeable” aspects, to bring on the beauty in life hopefully to many more Earthlings, for this Ethereal part, the online presence is at http://bio.site/__lyre.
