長久以來,朱古力的味道,似乎是絕對等於「愛與甜蜜」。


如果我們告訴你,這一杯裡的愛與甜蜜是源自天然果糖,而且還帶著密集的營養素,想一想,它可會比起平日在坊間買到那些充滿了精製糖和添加劑的「精品朱古力特飲」好上千百倍?

可知道,最上品最美味的朱古力,必定要加點鹽。就似世間上最甜蜜的愛,也必然會伴隨一點眼淚。

  • 2 Bananas (香蕉 2隻)

    1 Carrot (甘荀 1條)

    2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil (椰子油 2 茶匙)

    1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt (海鹽 半茶匙)

    2 teaspoons of Cacao Powder (生可可粉 2茶匙)

    Generous grab of Almonds (杏仁 適量)

    Generous grab of Pumpkin Seeds (南瓜籽 適量)

    A bit of Orange Zest (橙皮 少許)

    1/2 cup of Kangen water (還原水 半杯)

    [Depends on personal preference of smoothies thickness 視乎喜愛的濃稠度可加減]

  • Add everything,
